1. About the service
Granska Studio is provided by MANI Dev AB and enables individuals and businesses to take part in selling AI reviews in return for commission.
2. Account and verification
An account is created with a name, email address and password. The email address is confirmed before the account can be used. There is no application process and no fee is charged to create an account.
3. Commission and payout
Commission is paid per action carried out in line with the commission model in force at the time. Payout is made against an invoice from a limited company, sole trader business or umbrella company, once the customer has paid.
4. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate information, complying with applicable law, and marketing the service in line with Granska Studio's guidelines and materials.
5. Intellectual property
The brand, materials and review tools belong to MANI Dev AB. Sales are made under the Granska Studio name, not under your own brand.
6. Suspension and termination
Either party can end the arrangement at any time. Commission already earned is not affected by the account being closed.
7. Limitation of liability

8. Changes to the terms
Changes are announced within the platform. Commission rates published publicly are standard values; individual agreements may differ.
9. Governing law and disputes
The laws of England and Wales apply. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
